Return and Refund Policy

Check Your Order 

Please check your merchandise carefully before acceptance. It is the customers responsibility to verify that the quantity  and item are correct. 

Order Pickup 

Customer shall pick up their materials for In-Stock items within ONE WEEK of order, unless otherwise agreed on in  writing. Any Special orders must be picked up within ONE WEEK from the notification of the item arrival in the store.  Kitchen&More  is under no obligation to store the Customer’s materials. If the Customer does not pick up the materials  within the one week, all material will be restocked and incur a 25% restocking fee.  

Returns 

Absolutely no returns on all granite, marble, cabinet, vanity, special order, flooring, accessories, sale items, clearance, and closeout items. Any labor cost related to the replacement of damaged or defective materials is the customer’s  responsibility. Stock merchandises may be returned and exchanged within 30 days only if in factory sealed packaging  and in re-saleable condition with a sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser. NO EXCEPTIONS. Customer will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the value of goods for processing all Accepted Returns except for  Defective Product and unopened Product returned as incorrect items. 

Order Measurements 

Kitchen&More Lv , its parent company and affiliates are not responsible for the accuracy of any calculations of the  customer's measurements whether written or stated. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all designs,  measurements, and calculations. 

Cabinet and Wood Products 

Graining differences, mineral steaks, and color variations are expected in wood cabinetry. All wood cabinets will expand  and contract due to temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors. Such changes are expected, are not  defects, and are NOT guaranteed. Wood Products have a thirty-day limited warranty from receipt. Customer assembled, installed, with handle holes, or damaged items are not exchangeable or returnable. Manufacturer defects or missing  parts can be exchanged or replaced within thirty days of receipt. 

Granite and Marble Products 

Granite and marble products are NOT guaranteed against cracking and wearing. All granite and marbles sold are subject  to variations in shade or pattern.  

Warranty 

No warranties and representations made other than representations set forth on this statement, whether expressed or  implied, are made in lieu of these Terms and Conditions unless expressed in writing. All warranty claims must be  made in writing with pictures along with a detailed description of the defects. After Kitchen&more Lv. reviews the  claim within three business days they will, at their discretion, determine to repair or replace the defective  product.
